No, I don't think Charlie will ever have a healthy relationship with his parents. I think this because his mom really doesn't like him at all because when she knew him he was mentally challenged. As for his dad I don't think they will ever have a healthy relationship either because Charlie had an chance to tell him that he ad changed and such, but he didn't want to tell him because I think that he was scared that if he told Matt, his dad, then he might go back to being his normal self.
