Charlie found out that his father worked at a barber shop, and went to see him. Charlie's father didn't recognize him though, and then Charlie got cold feet and never told his father who he was.
What do you think that Charlie's father's reaction would be if Charlie had told him that he was his son?
I think Charlie's father would have thought that Rose was right when Charlie accidentally left without paying and moved causing the cut.I also believe that Matt would have been happy that Charlie was still alive and wanted to reconnect with his family. If I had been Charlie, I would have told him who I was and would hope for the best!
ReplyDeleteI think Charlie's father would have been in doubt as to the fact that Charlie was his son. Imagine yourself, having not seen your son in approximately 15 years, only for him to return - intelligent. Every memory of that son is speckled with memories of embarrassing incidents, fights; always standing up for his son's rights. Honestly, I think it would take him a lot of time to adjust to the new Charlie, and would need substantial evidence convince him that he is his son.
