I think being intelligent is important to everyone. No one wants to be dumb and made fun of. Sadly it happens really often. People make fun of each other. I think its really mean because some people are just like that and its not their fault.
What you mean to somebody is value. it doesn't matter if they are mentally challenged, if they mean alot to you then they have great value in your opinion. happyness means alot more than being smart. you can be dumb but it doesn't matter because you are happy with your life.
