I think that Algernon was going crazy at Minnie in his cage because, Algernon probably didn't like the other mouse. When Fay or Charlie tried to take Minnie out of the cage Algernon bit them. Algernon didn't want Minnie to leave because the mouse was hurt she had cuts in her stomach. Algernon was becoming harmful to everyone after he met Minnie.

ReplyDeleteI think this might be a sign of Algernon deterioration which makes him more aggressive and angry at everything.
