I believe that Charlie will stay smart and eventually, he will go downhill. I think Charlie will be smart for almost as long as Algernon was. I think Charlie will be exactly as dumb as he was before the operation.Then if he goes to see his parents again, they will be very upset that they spent their money on the operation that did absolutely nothing.
i think Charlie will keep getting smarter until hes a genius and then start getting dumber and things will go back to the way they were before.
