I don't think that the relationship between Charlie and Alice will work out. I think it must seem weird for Alice to have a relationship with Charlie now, because he was her student before. I think they are to different, and Charlie cannot have a relationship with a woman.
I think the relationship could work out. Charlie has changed a lot and he understands a lot now. Alice and Charlie both like each other. If he continues to learn he will be able to control his feelings and show Alice that he loves her. He can learn to be in a relationship with someone. He and Alice could be happy together.
