I think that Charlie will become dumb again because he had really bad headaches and i don't think that is very good when he just had surgery. Charlie is also changing way to quickly and i don't think it is supposed to happen that that fast. I think he will become dumb again at about progress report number 17 because they will need to explain why he became dumb again.
